Years, intensity and recency
Assess how much neurological work a clinician has done, how consistently they have done it and how recently. Years alone do not tell the whole story.
Entry to Neuro Clinician Network is intended to depend on relevant practice and a commitment to coordinated care.
Owner-approved: the network owner can directly approve clinicians they already know professionally. These listings do not require the standard application score, referee report or document uploads. Their profiles show the basis of owner approval.
Standard application: other clinicians can submit their background and evidence for review. A completed form or self-assessed score does not publish a profile automatically.
Approval for inclusion is separate from formal specialist accreditation. Confirm the clinician’s relevant experience, current registration where applicable, service fit and availability directly.

Recognise public hospitals, neurological wards, rehabilitation services, community practice and transition-to-home work. Record settings, locations and duration.
Describe MND experience separately from broader neurological experience. Distinguish declared information from evidence checked by the network.
Professional development adds context to relevant clinical experience. It cannot substitute for it or bypass the qualifying threshold.
Credentials and relevant work history will need a documented review, with the scope and date of verification visible.
Every appointment should produce a Care Loop update. Named actions need acknowledgement and follow-through.
Admission decisions, renewals, complaints and conflicts of interest need transparent processes before the network operates.
