Ask before making the referral

Keep this first enquiry non-identifying. Include the diagnosis, support needs and relevant precautions so clinicians can assess fit. Do not include client names, dates of birth, street addresses, NDIS numbers or clinical documents. Keep details broad enough that the person cannot be identified; share the full referral securely after the clinician confirms interest.
Send directly from the site

No sign-in is needed. Each clinician receives a separate email and replies directly to the email address you enter. Check that address carefully. Up to three enquiry sends per browser/account or reply email per hour.

Sending transmits these details through Wix email. The site keeps private send references, profile IDs and delivery request statuses, without keeping the enquiry text in its own records. Wix email content is retained by the email service for 30 days.

The draft puts your address in To and selected contacts in Bcc, so they cannot see the other recipients. Replies come directly to you. Desktop email support varies; use the preview and copy the message and Bcc addresses if needed. The download option does not send a message. Use Send enquiry to email the selected contacts directly. Replies are handled in your email inbox; this site does not track replies.

Unsent enquiry entries stay in this open tab until you send, export or leave. Selected public profile IDs are kept for this browsing session. Sending passes the enquiry to the email service and keeps a private send receipt.
